Prepare for battle! its that time of year again. Our homes and structures are under assault from a variety of rodents and other animals looking for a warm place to sleep this winter. There is no better time to have your property inspected for animal entry points and harborages then when the temperature dip down and we settle into winter. As nuisance animal populations rise so do the number of affected homes and buildings by animal intrusion. You are far better off catching a potential issue before it becomes a big problem. Most people would be amazed at how quickly a animal entering a crawlspace or attic can turn into a big expensive mess. Just one winter is all it can take to have your insulation, heater ducts, pipe wrap, and vapor barrier completely contaminated and destroyed by critters. Take the time to inspect every vent screen, connecting roofline gap, soffits, foundations, crawl accesses, and other building penetrations thoroughly and it could pay off big in the future. As always if you want to leave it to the pros give us a call and set up a complete inspection to make sure your home is safe this winter. Thanks again for reading! Michael - Animal Evictor
