Evictor Pest and Wildlife - formally Animal Evictor has evolved into a multifaceted company over the last decade that not only provides high quality, humane, and much needed wildlife solutions, we expanded fully into a full-service pest control company as well. The covid 19 epidemic definitely had major impacts on small businesses and ours was no exception. due to vast amounts of ingenuity and preparedness we are proud to say not only did we make thru we pivoted, grew, and expanded our service offerings! this could not have been possible without the continued support of our local community, local officials, and our loyal customer base. Our company has the highest customer retention rate of any I've seen in my 19 years in this industry including the many others company i helped build, grow, or create before this one. that customer retention rate is due to several important factors but primarily outstanding customer service and value. if you have not yet signed up for your yearly pest control service agreement please call and do so as soon as you can and get locked into our lifetime rate program before inflation forces the next price increases throughout our industry. thanks again for your business and friendship,

<![CDATA[Don't wait to mitigate!]]>Tue, 20 Jun 2023 20:26:57 GMThttp://animalevictor.com/blog/dont-wait-to-mitigateDay after Day i see the same thing. Major damage to the attics and crawlspaces caused by animal intrusion. People often tell me that they knew something was down there but thought it would go away. or i knew something was down there but didn't think it was a big deal, or i wanted to wait for the holidays to be over, or i had family in town so I wanted to wait, so on and so on. The best possible thing you can do if you hear a strange noise, or smell a bad smell, or notice a damaged vent screen or trail through your grass is to call a Professional company such as ours for a complete inspection of the attic, crawlspace, and perimeter of your home. When wild animals enter our homes, they immediately begin to damage and contaminate the space. Replacing heat duct work, insulation, and vapor barriers is a expensive and labor inducive endeavor. the sooner you get those critters out the more you will save on repairs. Today your duct work may be intact, Tomorow it could be torn to shreds. The couple hundred spent on a thorough inspection could end up saving you thousands in the long run. Treat wildlife problems like any other emergency because it is one. And don't be surprised when you finally call if were booked up for a week or two.. Call right away and hold your place in the schedule for service as soon as possible. ]]><![CDATA[Now is the time for animal damage repairs!]]>Tue, 06 Dec 2022 17:46:35 GMThttp://animalevictor.com/blog/now-is-the-timeThere is no better time than now to perform animal cleanup and repairs to your home. Most Nuisance wildlife in Washington State make babies in the spring. The most destruction caused by wild animals occurs during this time. Also allowing animals more time to urinate, defecate, chew on your home, utilities and belongings the bigger the repair bill later. Don't expect the same quote for a giant biological nightmare vs a slightly contaminated space. By taking care of these issues now you will be saving your home from the destructive breeding and birthing of the spring and summer, saving us time, and most importantly saving you money! ]]><![CDATA[Prep your houses for spring..]]>Tue, 18 Jan 2022 01:24:00 GMThttp://animalevictor.com/blog/prep-your-houses-for-springHello Washington! hope you all are off to a great year and staying safe out there. Winter is the perfect time to seal up your home for bats, dont wait until they come back in the spring to seal things up. this time of year most bats have flown south for the winter and you can greatly reduce the risk of putting yourself and the bats in harms way by locking them out while they are away. This saves alot of time and money by reducing the number of return trips and one way bat cones needed to rid the bat issues in your home if the bats are present. Feel free to call us if you need advice or help protecting your home for the return of the bats.

<![CDATA[Winter Raids.]]>Tue, 07 Nov 2017 21:24:09 GMThttp://animalevictor.com/blog/winter-raids
Prepare for battle! its that time of year again. Our homes and structures are under assault from a variety of rodents and other animals looking for a warm place to sleep this winter. There is no better time to have your property inspected for animal entry points and harborages then when the temperature dip down and we settle into winter. As nuisance animal populations rise so do the number of affected homes and buildings by animal intrusion. You are far better off catching a potential issue before it becomes a big problem. Most people would be amazed at how quickly a animal entering a crawlspace or attic can turn into a big expensive mess. Just one winter is all it can take to have your insulation, heater ducts, pipe wrap, and vapor barrier completely contaminated and destroyed by critters. Take the time to inspect every vent screen, connecting roofline gap, soffits, foundations, crawl accesses, and other building penetrations thoroughly and it could pay off big in the future. As always if you want to leave it to the pros give us a call and set up a complete inspection to make sure your home is safe this winter. Thanks again for reading! Michael - Animal Evictor

<![CDATA[Raccoons Strike again!]]>Wed, 14 Jun 2017 00:54:03 GMThttp://animalevictor.com/blog/raccoons-strike-again]]><![CDATA[Long time no post.]]>Wed, 07 Dec 2016 01:34:21 GMThttp://animalevictor.com/blog/long-time-no-postIts been ahwhile since my last blog..We have been extremly busy with work and finding the time to type is sometimes a challenge. If only all problems were that good!

In this post like to take the time to remind all our friends, family and loyal clients to keep an eye on the perimeter of your home this time of year!

Look for fresh gnawing's from rodents or newly damaged soffit screens and crawlspace vent screens.

When rodents and other small mammals are faced with the option of freezing to death or creating an entry into a warmer enviroment, your home and buildings become a target. A quick check every few weeks to the soffits and foundation can help you avoid any costly damages.

If you are unable to perform an exterior inspection yourself please feel free to call our office anytime and schedule a preventitive check up. These inspections are set at a break even cost to our clients as a low cost service visit to ensure that your investment stays secure and any small issues are caught befor snowballing into a big problem.

Stay safe and warm this holliday season and a special thanks to all our vauled clients and employees that countinue to help us grow year after year!

<![CDATA[So many critters - So little time]]>Sun, 22 May 2016 06:00:54 GMThttp://animalevictor.com/blog/so-many-critters-so-little-timeWow! call volume has been steady and many animals are giving birth or have already given birth throughout the state leading to a huge boom in animal removal requests form our valued clients. We appreciate everyone's patients during these times especially those that are having to wait more than a week for initial service. Based on the numbers of animals that survived our mild winter these past few years we are also in for a huge fall season this year as well! try to remember to keep those bird feeders cleaned up well and frequently check your vent screens and crawl access doors to make sure your crawl space is being occupied by an unwelcome house guest! Thanks to all those that help us out during these busy times.
